Does Discoveries Accept Returns?

Yes.  

If you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us by mail before wearing or using it.   Upon receipt, we will refund the purchase price of the item. We will not refund or reimburse you for shipping costs.  Returns must be requested within a reasonable time limit.  Items must be in the same condition that they were sold to you by Discoveries.  

We provide comprehensive information and multiple photos of the items for sale so you can make an informed purchase decision and be happy with your selection(s).  Fewer returns means lower prices for you. We want to keep our prices low and so we make sure you know what you are getting.

If there is a mistake or problem with your order, please contact us and we will respond as soon as possible.  It is important to us that you be satisfied and we will work with you to find a solution.  Thank you.
